1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- Condition of Items: The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Sale items marked as final sale
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) and provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address we provide.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item shipped).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that:
